Great hotel, especially if travelling with a pet. My only criticisms were the streaming on the tv was sketchy, at best. HBO kept buffering to the point that I quit watching, and the room door of 126 bumped against the refrigerator, causing the fridge door to become ajar, and causing the fridge not to be very cold. I could close the fridge door, but every time the room door was opened, it knocked the fridge door ajar.

The staff was great! However this place is very run down. Rooms were not clean, carpet in the hallway is humped up and stained, shower floor had black spots, shower head was filthy, dirt on the walls, stains on the curtains and bedding, furniture was falling apart.

It was a very convenient stay for the short time we were in Bridgeport for a travel tournament. The staff was more than helpful, our check in and check out process was super quick and efficient. We have no complaints about our stay.

My room was great but breakfast was disappointing. I appreciate that my dog could stay also. I was surprised about the bar code with suggestions to tip front desk staff, the people who put out the breakfast and the maintenance staff. I have never encountered this before

Nice hotel

Room overall was great, something of mine was knocked off the counter in bath and it could have used cleaning underneath. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have been looking there to retrieve the item. Staff were nice. Common area nice for relaxing. Didn’t have pet but someone brought a dog in breakfast area which didn’t need to occur.

Stay was OK. Liked the building and the breakfast. The room was in need of a refresh. One curtain was torn and the and one seat cushion was worn through. There was a big black stain on the shower floor. Didn't know what it was so we stood on towels to take a shower. We talked to the front staff, and they agreed that the rooms needed to be renewed.
