"Expectations were met, the staff were fantastic, it is misleading online about the laundry facilities, we paid more for the booking thinking we could do laundry at the half way point of a long vacation, be clear that laundry is sent out, not on site. Regards"

"My partner and I visited for one night, we were both very impressed. We booked a standard room, it was spacious, clean and had dual aspect windows. We didn’t manage to eat at the main hotel however the meal we had at the sister restaurant was really good value. The main bar looks like it’s recently been refurbished, a great place to chill out and the bartenders were very friendly. The Victorian spa was definitely worth visiting but I’m not sure that charging hotel guests for its use is entirely justifiable. "

"Stylish boutique hotel, with great restaurant and bar. Decor in room and hotel was eclectic and fun. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Shower is spacious and amenities were nice. Breakfast hamper left a little wanting but other than that great stay. "
