"The mini bus arrangement is absolutely a mess. We booked the shuttle bus and as a result of having no seats. I have to pay extra money to go to the hotel at the end. I complained and the receptionist gave me an email to report this issue and no reply from the hotel yet. The facility in the room is always having problems. We had booked for 4 rooms, one room with broken hair dryer and one room with noise in the bathroom (no idea where the noise coming from) and half broke sink the water goes down very slow. The breakfast is good."

"Fantastic breakfast! Best ever! You don’t even have to fill your own croissant! There’s everything you could ask for. Wow the cakes! Loved the location: near the station that goes everywhere, bus stops very close and the boat station too and even closer is the funicular station which is an absolute must do! We could see it from our balcony. We came back after a day of sightseeing, very hot and rushed up to the pool which we had to ourselves, nice bar up there too. Room is very comfortable and the coffee machine works well. We loved the friendly restaurant around the corner Panariellos, big pizza to share too."

"My whole family is very judgmental when it comes to hotels, its location, cleanness, and service. I can comfortably state that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was at a perfect spot. It was almost on the lake with great views and 10 min walk to the town centers. We loved the rooftop restaurant for its fun ambiance, food quality and service. Book without hesitation! Thank you"

"We had an amazing experience with spa , incredible views and good breakfast. We received a bottle of local red wine as a VIP Expedia gift but free upgrades to room with a view on the lake was not available to us . The waiting staff were very friendly and the piano music in the evening felt very special . If the hotel provided coffee maker in the room it would make it even better."
