The front staff worker was courteous and helpful. The room was not spotless, but was mostly clean. There was a little bit of trash right outside my door and the floor had some stuff on it. The Lodge at Flat Rock
Clean and spacious room. Loved the free upgrade and the host staff were so kind. Bathroom clean and bed was comfortable. Beautiful common area and loved the wood and stone work.
