"Everything was as expected from an Ibis. All good, clean and tidy! And very very quiet even it’s next door to the airport!"

"The car parking was nothing like described. The onsite parking was “full”, despite arriving as soon as check-in opened. Also it’s unreservable. There was no street parking nearby and the receptionist’s best suggestion was to park on the boulevards 10-15 minutes walk away. I cannot walk that. After circling for 40 minutes in hope of a space opening up, I gave up and checked in at a different hotel with a genuine car park. If parking matters to you, don’t stay here. I can’t comment on other facilities, though reception looked ‘tired’."

"Mercure Amiens Cathedrale is a lovely, modern hotel opposite the stunning and very old cathedral. The hotel and room were clean and well equipped, the location was great and the breakfast (we had the ‘express’) was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was clean & staff were friendly & very helpful. I had to go in to ask about entry to the carpark which wasn't an issue & there was plenty of parking spaces. We paid for the breakfast which was continental This is not a criticism, but It would have been nice to have the food available replenished more often. The bread on offer was delicious I recommend staying & we would stay again "

"Parking was really safe, weird hours for reception opening and closing and it was a little tricky to get in once the reception is closed. Good for a journey south as a quick stop over. Halls smelt of damp but the rooms were clean and nice. No option for a evening meal and bar service closed at 8pm, but some nice options in walking distance. I would bring essentials e.g snacks and drinks with you."

"Rooms were great, clean and bright. All renovated. Lobby area was nice with the barn restaurant all in one place. "

"Room was very clean. Cleaner than some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. We only saw two staff, a security guard and the lady at breakfast- she also appeared to cover reception and cleaning duties and restocking the breakfast bar. She was lovey & a very hard worker. The downside & reason I cannot give 5 star is the check-in service after hours is by machine. It was not working for the family in front of us, it was very cold out. It was clear they had a reservation to us, and the guard could have let the child at least, wait inside. He seemed to help them at the beginning and then he gave up and went back inside himself to the warmth. They did get through to customer support via the machine call button but it took way to long for their issue to be resolved and people were waiting in the cold behind. The machine needs to be indoors if there is going to be issues with it. We were all lucky it was not raining. They were at least 30 minutes out there. Thankfully we eventually figured out how to checkin online while we waited. The rooms are small enough but most places in Paris are. They had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again, but would make sure I am checked in online first. "
