Initial problems with key card not working but staff sorted quickly and efficiently. Room bright, fresh and clean, beds very comfortable. Shame no pillow protectors though. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Way too hard. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Unrestful sleep equals poor stay unfortunately.
