"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"The Expedia first picture showed the town castle and only later showed the hotel pic but they are far away from each other. The room was a good size and updated but still felt old with bouncy floors and a window that hardly opened. No air conditioning - they did provide a fan. The restaurant was beautiful. Breakfast was nicely done with many choices, including hot items. Staff were great."

"The hotel was spotlessly cleaned with spacious rooms and ideally placed so close to the station. The staff were particularly helpful when explaining to my wife what food was gluten-free at breakfast. For non coeliacs the breakfast options was extensive."

"The location within downtown was great for our travel purposes. The exterior window shades made a difference during the heat wave. We were in a private unit with our own bathroom. Laundry services were pretty convenient. Staff were...not rude, but not overly welcoming either. Space was very clean and after 11am the restaurant could be accessed for remote work as long as you purchase something per hour (very reasonable)."
