"I had a warm welcome and presentation of the place from the staff of the hotel. Liked the appartement that I got even with the little problem that appeared. Said problem got promptly addressed and rectified to the best of their ability. The place is confortable and well situated to go to the center of Belfast. Would recommend."

"Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well equipped. Knocked a star off as breakfast could be a bit haphazard. There never seemed to be enough cups or glasses and buffet items were not topped up regularly enough. I would definitely stay there again though "
