"Sunny Guest House is a nice convenient place to stay. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly. Also, if it's clear, you can get a nice view of the Himalayas from the roof. "This was the perfect resort to stay in post our Everest Base Camp trek. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was hot. We received excellent service from the restaurant staff, the spa services were high quality and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. All in all we loved our stay at the Terraces and would recommend this as a great get-away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu / Thamel. Note that the road to the resort is steep and windy and I would recommend booking the transfer through the hotel as they have a Jeep and a very good driver. "
