Nice place for a quick stay in the city when spending one or two days, great location and staff service! Great value for the money considering it’s location at the main square of the city.

Check-in was easy and self-service. The staff were accessible through WhatsApp and fairly responsive. Kitchen had some basic items but not enough to cook. No cooking utensils and no dish towels. No parking, but some nearby paid street options that can fill up quick, especially on weekends. The shower head didn’t stay put. The location and price is the biggest plus. It’s right across from the square in Brasov with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Overall our experience there was very good. The buildings are older (not a shock) but very well remodeled on the inside. A little odd with the online check in, but that’s on me not them. The unit was very clean and very well kept and I was totally pleased and would come there again without hesitations

Great Location, good value.

I would stay here again. I ended up renting the family suite even though I was only travelling solo, and honestly it just felt like a big room it would be perfect for a single traveller or a couple, it came with a sink, a microwave a kettle and a coffee maker. However, I found it quite strange that the place left a coffee maker, but no coffee though. There is a small market next door where I found what I needed though. Apart from a little smell in the bathroom, I found things good at this place, The apartment is right across from the main square which is the best location for tourists in my humble opinion. Overall again, I would stay here again.

The rooms were in an excellent location and were both comfortable and clean. I just don’t feel comfortable with remote checkin. I like having someone on site. That is my personal taste and the reason I didn’t give it a perfect score.

So... Location is good is right in a city centre, check in was easy. Property wasn't that great.. i felt like walls was made from paper i could hear everything what the other neighbours was talking or even they was using toilet.. do i stay again, probably not:)

Is on the edge of the Old Town square and was great location for the cost. nothing fancy but solid and comfortable. the one issue is the door is hard to close. not sure if thats simply b/c of the age of the buildings or a maintenance thing

Positive: - Location of the apartment is good - Watercooker and Fridge worked - TV worked - WiFi worked Negatives: - not clean: Urine stains at the toilets, pillow was stained, dusty bedsidetables - poorly built: bed is very squeaky, mattress was kind of broken, floor generally squeaky, door cloudnt be closed without locking, locking required a lot of strength, Waterstain on the ceiling - Kitchen very empty, almost no utensils and also not clean. Cooking or preparing a meal basically impossible without buying utensils. - no A/C eventhough it said it has - 30€ Cleaning fee if kitchen is not cleaned and garbage not thrown out? Very weird, I expect that to be included! - bedroom quite tight

Convenient but basic with no a/c.

The apartment is right on the old main square, so perfect location. Our apartment looked out over the square. The apartment was very spacious. The reasons we didn’t live this apartment are 1- absolutely no a/c. We left the windows open and at night it cooled a bit, but the sun rose early and as we were facing east, the room heated quickly. 2- The property did not proactively reach out regarding checkin. Only after reaching out did I get the links containing registration and key codes. 3- The sofa bed was not premade for us. We had reserved for 4 people. All the previous properties had the beds made. 4- there were signs telling us to take care of our trash or get fined, but no signs welcoming us or giving WiFi info or local info. Overall, the location is great but don’t expect bells or whistles.

Parking situation is very bad it says in description five euro but for five euro you pay for one hour I pay for entire night €25 so at least advertise right for parking and needs to be checked. One bed in the bedroom is very bad and the door other than that it’s OK for the money.

The apartment is beautiful and a unique concept but the experience was ruined by poor plumbing in the bathroom. We had to keep the windows open all the time because of this strong moldy/sewage stench. Also the bathroom door doesn’t close properly. It’s too bad because the property has a lot of potential.

Did not look anything like the photos. No AC and walls were paper thin. Even had someone try to get into our place. Left early and also will charge you 30 euros if you don’t do your own dishes. Terrible room and shower didn’t even work. Will not book again. Would of refunded the first day if I could.

Bad

The floors and beds are creaking, the apartment is clod even with the heater on. The house if full of rules and warning fines. You can't expect a guest to take down the trash after leaving, otherwise we get a 30 euro fine. This is not how to run a hotel.

Wouldn't recommend the attic

Location is 10 out of 10 but the Attic apartment did not live up to expectations. It really needs some work down and a new bathroom. The shower is mouldy, covered in limescale and smells really bad. Was very uncomfortable. The fridge needs replacing, it stinks and is not clean. We got 1 toilet roll for a 3 day trip and ended up buying our own. We got 1 bath towel and a few hand towels for a 2 people. It wasn't enough and the towels were incredibly itchy and poor quality. There is no air con and a tiny fan. The whole apartment was very dusty and lacks attention to detail. There are lots of rules you have to follow. The apartment is large but unfunctionable. Only 1 lamp upstairs is able to plug in. The beds downstairs are uncomfortable and would be awful for more than 1 night. Parking is available at the end of the street but is very busy. We were pretty disappointed with this stay and would expect the basics to be met.

Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse, sodass man keinerlei Straßenlärm hört. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fand ich den kontaktlosen Check-In über einen zugesendeten Code, was sehr unkompliziert und flexibel war. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
