"Excellent hotel. Loved it"

"I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."

"The room was cleaned, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The grounds was relaxing as was the sitting space."

"It was an amazing stay, the room was clean. The TV lets you use your login for Netflix, and Amazon Prime among a few other apps. The breakfast was superb, even overing turkey sausage as an option. Only thing that made me drop a star, is when housekeeping cleaned the room and picked up all our towels they didn't replace them. So I had to go to the lobby and request for towels."

"This Sonesta was surprisingly clean. The staff was very pleasant during my stay both night and day shift. There was a young Black man who worked overnight (Dale) who provided excellent customer service. The only issue I had was the pool not being clean and not being advised that we had to pay for breakfast. Other than that our room was nice and clean. The hotel was also in a nicer area as well. "
