"Small older motel just outside of North Sydney, just off Hwy 125. Staff was very freindly and helpful. Room was clean. Parking was good. If you are looking for a high end place to stay, this isn't it, but if your looking for someplace quiet, layed back and comfy this is it."

"This resort has yurts and domes as well as rooms in the lodge. The yurts and domes do not have their own baths. The lodge rooms where we were did. The room had a double bed and a single. The double was quite comfortable, the single not so much. Our room was on the bottom floor. There was a restaurant attached and the option to have a package with breakfast and dinner. "Lovely motel with a beautiful view of the water. Staff were fantastic!! We stayed here on our way off the Cabot Trail. (We did it counter clockwise). Not many restaurants near but a great General store just at the corner down the road with a take out counter and great fresh baking. We chose to get simple sandwiches on their fresh homemade bread. Best sandwich we may have ever had. And try their ‘pocket sandwiches’. Wonderful! Great stay. Would stay again. "
