(The staff was working hard with big groups so it may have been extra difficult to keep the public washrooms clean and tidy - which speaks more to the guests than the staff really)."

I would offer the following suggestions though...1. Have a closet built in the empty space in the bathroom or at least a rod to hang some clothes up. 2. The instruction booklet for the convection oven would be handy and 3. A small table with the chairs outside. All in all we were very satisfied...

"If you want old school charm...this is the place to go. It's a beautiful setting overlooking the river in Bracebridge. There are beautiful seating areas and the rooms all have balconies that look over the river. It's quiet, serene, peaceful. Although they don't have cable, they do have Netflix! Breakfast was included (which is rare these days) and it was a beautiful arrangement of basics (nothing hot except your toast or a bagel) but there was plenty there to start your day off with a full...

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I chose this location for the hot tub, pool and sauna. We ended up not using them because it was like an obstacle course to get to them. I understand that renovations are happening however, the placement of these amenities is ridiculous. You had to go outside and then back inside through another door, walk to the gym area and then down some stairs and then back up stairs which were narrow. Anyone with mobility issues or trouble climbing stairs would...
