"Would have been nice if the bar in the hotel was open on the weekend. Also did not appreciate being hurried to check out by staff when my reservation checkout time was 12:00 pm and not 11:00 am. The front desk told me checkout was 11:00 but it was not my fault that the new time was not communicated to me."

"The toilet was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom fan did not work. Just a hole in the ceiling. The room was extremely small and we had trouble moving around in it and there was just two of us."

"Very clean room. We arrived late and had to call the number to let us in. The desk clerk was doing other things and we almost called Hotels.com to cancel, but she saw us. Beds were not comfortable…hardest ones I’ve been on in a while. We also were not given shampoo. First hotel I’ve ever been to that didn’t have shampoo. Staff was very friendly. Simple hotel…more designed for extended stay. But overall ok experience."

"Disappointing stopover….rented a studio and the sofa was so dirty had to lay towels down to deal with it. Pet poo poo bag dispenser had not been refilled leaving people to just let it lay. Side door had not been repaired for quite some time not allowing customers to use their room key to enter. Place definitely needs done touch…will not use this LaQuinta again and we are regular users of LaQuinta."

"This is the only place I stay when in Flowood because it’s the closest place I will get to home. The staff is CONSISTENTLY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. No matter which customer service representative is there, they all possess those same qualities. I had the pleasure of being served by Nicey and she made me feel welcome and like I belonged there. Please keep up the great service because it’s truly a lost art "
