Outside appearance is shabby. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable (couch, table and chairs plus king size bed where queen was advertised)
Bathroom was tight and showed its age. We would stay again.
Please clean blood off the floor of room #9. Very disgusting, disturbing, unsanitary.

This place is a dump. Right next door to a bar, noisy old unkempt and would never stay here again.

Room was clean, but you can tell the building is getting run down.
There were a bunch of homeless and drunk people around because of the restaurant attached to the hotel. Didn’t make for a welcoming atmosphere. Saw bugs in the halls. Smells bad and of weed. Just didn’t feel vet comfortable parking my car there. For $100 a night I guess it’s what to expect. The staff was nice but if you’re an anxious person I wouldn’t stay here. Just doesn’t feel safe. Of course the hotel can magically move locations which is why I still give it a decent review.
