"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "While it isn't right by old town, its an easy walk or bus. Busses come frequently! The beds were very comfortable! My family of 4 including 2 teens were very comfortable."
