"First off, I appeciate the amentities as they add something extra to your stay. The 24 hour coffee machine, hot water or flat/sparkling water are a nice touch. The pool is nicely updated, but a little bit cooler especially in the evening (I only note this as it does affect if the kids will go in and for how long). "The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was absolutely fabulous but the noise from other guests was incredibly disruptive. unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't seem to care or do much about it. Large groups would take over the entire lobby, gym and swimming pool despite there being 'maximum persons' posters noted, the hotel staff seemed to overlook it and therefore left other guests without any space or time for enjoyment. "We were there keee than an hour and then had to leave for a family emergency. I wasn’t expecting to pay nothing but I was hoping for a discount on the 200+ dollar room. Nothing.
