"Extremely convenient location. Newly renovated with modern furnishings. The kitchen was useful. The management was flexible and helpful. The main disappointment was that the listing didn't include all taxes, but rather before check-in, we had to pay an extra 10 Euros for a tax that was not included in the price. Another slight inconvenience is that after registering with Expedia, one had to complete a new registration with Camelotels."

"My advice is DONT USE THIS PROPERTY. *No details of property until 24hrs before I arrived. Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ,OVER PRICED & NO PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL ."

"This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Everything was well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable place to return to after a long day of exploring, and every part of our experience met our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"We came to Ghent from USA, and we were expecting to enjoy the beautiful city, but what we didn't expect is to fall in love with the hospitality of this place. The staff was very nice and courteous! The place is also top notch clean, and everything about this place is awesome! If you're looking to enjoy Ghent and have a serene place to spend the night, don't hesitate to book with Flanders Cobblestone. Even the neighbors were very sweet! A very sweet lady came to ask about our stay, we thought she's the owner, but it turns out she's a neighbors. We were very pleased with the whole trip and we plan to visit Ghent again, and stay at Flanders Cobblestone again."

"Big room, whilst it advertises a coffee maker, only one pod was provided and 2 tea bags. No milk. The room was clean. But no house keeping if you stay less than 7 days. So make your bed and tidy up after yourself. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the city, so conveniently situated. But it is on a street that is pretty shabby. Staff were friendly. The communal areas are modern"

The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. The amenities were excellent, modern, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality food. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghent and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience!"
