"Stayed here in Rapid City for a week while a family member had a medical procedure. Check in was easy and proce matched online booking. No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. "Not worth the price we paid for the rooms. Mattress was comfortable. But carpeting was dirty in the lobby, stairs, and rooms. Didn't even look vacuumed. No elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, difficult to get to 2nd floor. Free breakfast should have been listed as limited continental, consisting of coffee, cereal & a do it yourself waffle maker. The locks on the back & side entrances were broken, so propped open with a rock."
