The hotel is idealy located although nothing was really walkable outside of the hotel [other than] the FIsh House Bar/Restaurant] so a car is recommended to get you places. The room was very clean, aside from the bathroom. I think there needs to be a bit more care when it comes to the accessible bath rooms. There was black mold in the shower.
