"We were awaited at Metrolitan Hotel. A turkish woman made a call and a another woman appeared and brought us to the nearby Hotel „Isla Suites oder Apart“. There we checked in for 2 persons, one person to follow. They brought us to the room in the third floor. The room was at the top (roof)of the building, air condition didn‘t work, the room had about 50 degrees Celsius. Elevator didn‘t work. I was three times at the Lobby, for the air condition repair, for a second key, because the power of...

"Big change , this was a really nice hotel , nice clientele, older and quiet , great service. This year , loud brash , very pushy to buy drinks , eat there , young staff now doing to loud dance , tacky entertainment.., It’s self catering apartments, truly appalling kitchen equipment, asked bar for ice , they said they can’t give ice , no ice machine. They supply one toilet roll .. it’s a 4 star !!! It’s absolutely not , they are so cheap and penny pinching Hotel cleaning staff are amazing "

"Pros: 1.The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to walk to many places easily. 2.The pool was very large and inviting. 3.Our room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Cons: 1.The furniture in the room was a bit dated and could use some renovation. It might have been an intentional design choice for a certain atmosphere, but I’m not entirely sure. The bedding and towels changed most days and room cleaned I have a beautiful stay, most people there were Turkish. But as an English person I felt very comfortable in the hotel. 10/10 for me. "The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Especially Mr. Özgür, Mr. Koray and Mr.Ali was super helpful and attentive. One friendly feedback though, sometimes we felt like we need to have frequent conversations with the staff when we were eating. I know they all come from a good place, but a little more privacy would be appreciated. Overall would recommend this place for its cleanliness, for its excellent service, breakfast and comfortable rooms."
