"The pool and deck area were amazing, the food at the bar was great but, the best part about the stay was the staff; they were very helpful and friendly. They also have an outdoor basketball court, that me and my son were able to play on. My only critique would be to add a bench or chairs in the gym so you can do more exercises with the dumbbells'. "

Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. "Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. The property is well kept overall, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The property didn't feel safe, let alone friendly. The building is in terrible shape and the clientele is questionable. I felt uncomfortable immediately. When I go to the front desk (in a dark, smelly office) , the attendant told me he needed to change my room because I booked an accessible room and that there would be a room change charge. " We stayed there one year ago and everything was so great we came again. Check in staff was indifferent in fact I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored by the check in person while he stared at his computer and did no even acknowledge me standing there.
