"Nice"

"Stayed here with the family after flying into PHX late, before driving to Sedona the next morning. The hotel is not nice / run down, and is in a seemingly sketchy area with sketchy people around the property. No cold water in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was a nice effort, but the food didn’t taste that good (mostly the very bland eggs and underwhelming sausage). Oh and the coffee wasn’t very good."

"My room was dirty and roach infested. There was broken furniture. We had a lot of homeless and sketchy people roaming around the property no one picking up after their dogs, drinking and drug use in public loud music and noise. No one ever answering the phone in the office no security that I saw this is not a safe place."

"Check in was awful. We were given keys to 2 different rooms on different floors & neither were ready to be occupied. So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff. Tried to use the pool and outside areas. but pool was full of deprie and bugs. Cushions and chairs in outside area that looked great online were dirty, torn cushions and unkept. Cigarette...

"Breakfast is not included and costing $17.99 per person. That’s too much. Also, blankets and bed had some strain’s like used one. Ok to stay for just overnight. "

"Room was as expected. Front desk staff were helpful. Wife uses cane now and the front desk found a ground floor room for us. Breakfast was usual for a Days Inn (I do like making the waffles). Only complaint is cigarette smell and the stuff they use to try and cover it up within about 12 feet of all entrances."
