"All ice machines in the hotel were broken. The elevator was broken. I asked for a room on the first floor and was told there were none available. I had to carry two coolers and two bags up the back stairs. The food in my coolers spoiled."

"The hotel was nice. Used the bar and Brandon was an excellent host. Rooms were good. Hotel was convenient and very clean. The only things negatively to remark upon were that (1) there is no bar soap nor liquid soap at the bathroom sink. You have to step into the shower to use the soap pump to wash your hands at the sink. Our friend did not have any in her room either. When we asked the front desk, they did not have any soap. The other issue (2) was that two of our bathroom pumps were not filled by the cleaning staff and thus were empty -- the conditioner and the body lotion. If you are going to have those pumps instead of actual mini bottles, please be sure you keep them filled! But that is it. Would stay here again for sure. Even though we did not use the pool, it was gorgeous and clean!"
