"The only problem I had was, I had to pay an extra $50 fee for insurance for the room for damages and $10 parking extra that I did not approve once I booked through Expedia but other than that room is clean staff was amazing food for breakfast was delicious"

We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!"
