"Everything was just average. I think the price point for the property is too high. The small single sink and small bathroom with pry marks on rhe door was disappointing. I also sought to upgrade to a king bed but they said none were available. This is odd because on a Tuesday the place was empty. "

"Very small bathroom. Usually get a tub/ shower combo but only had rooms w/shower. Parking was strange...long ways to carry luggage, etc. to room. Room was very clean and well maintained."

"What I didn't like is my sister said, it had a sewer smell in the room. My smell is gone so I can barely smell. Also the the plumbing in the bathtub was slow draing and the sink"

"The breakfast area was full of trash. Just heaping over the garbage cans onto the counter. Hardly any food at 8am. The workers just stood there and made themselves a cup of coffee while there was no food and the garbages over flowingly. I would add the picture I took if it lets me."

"Our first night we had a great experience ... clean, friendly staff, great breakfast ... the 2nd night while laying on the bed sideways to watch TV, my leg got scratched ... a bed spring coming out of the side of the bed. AM staff said they'd either get mattress or room changed for us. PM staff knew nothing about the problem when we returned ... changed our room, but that room's mattress sank in the middle ... 2/2 mattresses needed replacements! "Check in was easy and quick, and I appreciate the breakfast choices. When I checked in and took a shower, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo dispenser was empty. So I had to get my wet self dressed and go to the front lobby for some shampoo. Very frustrating to say the least."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs or yogurt or some sort of protein."

"When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again"

"Nice tall Shower, no tub, in single room with standard bed, but the shower had a few hairs so not cleaned carefully. No shampoos or conditioner so bring your own. Two small soap packs. No closet but a hanging apparatus by the restroom. Towels are thin so you may want to bring a couple from home. Refrigerator was small but worked fine. Screen TV was small. Non-smoking room but had that lingering cigarette smell unfortunately. Front desk clerk “Cherish” was kind enough to give us a spray bottle...

"BAD AREA OF TOWN!! Homeless people sleeping on picnic tables & roaming property 24/7. Loud music. People stay up late here. The people above us were up moving stuff around until 2 A.M. It feels like people live here! Exposed wires on interior door lock. Dirty - floors dirty, hair in shower soap dish and on shower wall. German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Planned on cooking on furnished burners but no ability to use them. No kitchen equipment meaning utensils, bowls,...

"Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe."

"It appears that the attitude with Extended Stay is very firmly in, "you get what you pay for and we won't make any effort to improve that, so accept it or leave, because we already have your money." Including making kids stay in a room with someone else's old food stuck to the floor and mold coming out of the flooring. Spend a few extra bucks and find a hotel that cares and actually wants your business."
