"Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations."

"Really well taken care of, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. We had such a good time that we added an extra night because we didn't want to leave."

"There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about Top Mast!! Wonderful staff, very clean room, beach view! We will be staying there yearly every May and September from now on!!"

"The rooms have been updated but the comforters and curtains make it look very old and not welcoming. Zero pictures on the wall. Not very welcoming. There was also mold all over the wall where the shower head is located. Disappointed. Location is the best part."

"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!"

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. The property has a very beach vibe and gorgeous views. My one cautionary note is that the platform beds are very hard for older people to get in and out of. Had we known we would have asked if they had more accessible accommodations"

"We had the most magical 8 year anniversary! Upon arrival we were met by Dale, what a doll!!! He provided so much info abou the town and was so charming and welcoming. The room was divine, cute, clean and from a fairy tale. The pool vibes were off the chain, everyone was so chill and just there to enjoy life! We cant wait to come back!"
