"We stayed in a room with two queen beds in Yavapai West. The room was clean and comfortable. We did have wifi in the room, which we considered a bonus, as that's not a guarantee. Easy to park right in front of the room. Easy walk over to the main lodge, but we preferred to drive as it was icy and very cold (early January). It is VERY DARK at night, so bring a small flashlight with you. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and made great suggestions on where to go for sunrise & sunset...

"The king suite room we got was across from the hotel listed on the map, more or less the same it just didn’t have access to the bigger swimming pool. Only its own hot tub, the free breakfast was definitely welcoming, especially the staff there, kind and hardworking people all 7 days we were there! The room was comfy and convenient given the amenities, only cons were no ovens or access to a laundromat via the hotel. "The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom/shower. However the bathroom door did not have a lock. There was exceptional service from the front desk. They had ice age playing in the indoor pool and upon arrival they had fireplaces going outside and free smores which was the cutest. I am definitely coming back. "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the restaurant buffet-like serving line is misleading, because such a restaurant feature wasn’t open for patrons; menu ordering only. Nonetheless, the food was tasty just not buffet style nor the choices one would expect from a restaurant showing a photo of a buffet serving line. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Grand Canyon National Park entrance."
