"The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. "I guess the best thing of this hotel is its convenient location. Being a beachfront hotel has its privileges. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for half the price. Cheaper to stay somewhere else with a better room and uber to the beach. I had to have maintenance come and fix the shower and sink. "

"This place was amazing. Clean, beautiful views, quiet area, large rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and stay out of your way so you can do whatever you want to. The only issue is that the parking can be a bit difficult to manage with a large vehicle."
