During my stay, an incident occurred that could have had severe consequences. While I was in the shower, a significant portion of the bathroom ceiling unexpectedly collapsed. I consider myself incredibly fortunate that neither I nor anyone else was injured during this alarming event. However, this was not merely an inconvenience; it represented a grave safety hazard that should never occur in a reputable establishment, especially one associated with the Hilton brand.
Immediately following this distressing incident, I brought the matter to the attention of the hotel management, expecting a prompt and appropriate resolution given the severity of the safety breach. To my astonishment and deep frustration, my request for a refund for the stay was unequivocally denied. This refusal to acknowledge the gravity of the situation and compensate for a demonstrably unsafe environment is a clear indication of exceptionally poor service and a concerning lack of accountability.
