Hotel di Boston Heights

"Pretty decent hotel. Clean room and beds. All staff were friendly and breakfast was good."

"Wi-Fi was terrible. TV service was glitchy. Loved everything else about it"

"Hotel is getting ready to be renovated, hence 4 vs 5 stars...would give 4.5 but didn't allow half stars. Hallway carpets were clean but could see fading of design on carpet. Overall for a one night stay, beds were super comfy, linens n towels smelt fresh, appreciated hooks by the shower to hang towels & storage of extra towels were on shelves over vanity instead of over toilet. Great water pressure, one issue but didnt hinder shower... shower curtain wouldnt stay open, kept sliding 2 the...

"Overall, it was a great stay. I inquired at check in if I could get restaurant recommendations and got no help. But the breakfast was a great addition to our stay."

"Hotel was clean! We were accidentally put in the wrong room but the front desk staff was extremely helpful."

"The room was huge, but laid out weird. The refrigerator was right next to the door and hard to access. The bed was worn and not comfortable. You could hear everything from the room next door and above. It was very clean. I loved that there wasn't carpet."

"Best hotel in Stow. Excellent complimentary breakfast and dinner M-W, super clean. Most beautiful accommodations and service. 10/10. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 8 years."

"The TV remote did not work and i had to wash someone else public hair out of the shower before i used it."

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The only thing to drink was coffee and tea, the juice/ water machine was broken."

"Clean room, lots of options for breakfast, hot tub was nice."
