I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told they were sold out and had no rooms. This was at just before midnight, I had to leave and was able to go next door and got a room.

My room was dirty. There was roaches, somebody elses key card, somebodys name wrote accross the top of the mirror and something sticky on the mirror. The walls were dirty, even the lamp shade was dirty. I didn't even take a shower because it was so dirty. The baseboards were dirty and coming off. It was terrible and i honestly dont know how they are still open.

Wont let me uploaded the pics or finish my review

Awful place. Everything about this place has been falsely advertised and I have the pics to prove it. The hotel wouldn't give me even a partial refund. I was only asking for the 2nd night that I DIDN'T stay (because of the filth and roaches) not the 1st night that I actually stayed there. That's all I asked, which is not too much to ask for considering that we were locked out and couldn't get even check in when at the front desk when we arrived, even though the office is supposed to always be open. The key to our room would not work once we finally checked in, the sight of the room was enough to make us want to leave immediately but it was already passed 9:30 pm at night so we were going to tough it out. Upon entering the room, the smell of smoke and chemicals hits you right in the face! And we of xourse, had booked the non smoking room.The lamp was on the table right in front of the TV so how were we supposed to see the TV with a big lamp and a microwave sitting right in front of it? (the only table in the room besides the bedside table) Also, the lamps didnt even work! The microwave chord was way to short to reach the plug-in where it sat so it was simply sitting there, unplugged. We had to move it to the sink area to be able to use it! Also, the beds only had 1vsheet each on them!! No quilt, no blanket, nothing. Luckily we had just stopped at a rest stop so we didn't have to use the bathroom so we didn't notice until the next morning that everything was wrong in there too!

If you want to live don’t book at this hotel!

When we arrived, we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to open the office. The guy was sitting outside in his car on the phone! The MOTEL is nothing like the pictures! While walking to our room we saw a room with the glass shattered, two kids playing around the green filthy pool, a couple having relations curtains wide open and a guy asked us if we knew where the gas was? Omg the horror! We get to the room it’s mold all over the curtains! When you enter the room on the door some lady left her name and said she stopped by and the stink from the room smelled like a lot of illegal activity were going on. The beds had stains all over the sheets, the bed was on the floor propped up on a thin phone book, there were holes all over the walls as if someone was shooting a bee bee gun. I took pictures as my proof! This was horrible! We walked in and walked out! We couldn’t stay there I felt unsafe and it was so dirty. I was there for a funeral and this experience made my 9 hour travel time worse than what it already was! I’m reporting to corporate! I’m requesting a FULL REFUND!!!!!

no pme available to check us in at 7pm, door was locked, waited an hour...left my number for the staff but they sold my room and gave me the last available which the staff agreed was the WORST...didnt even step foot in it and instead drove 2 hours home at 1am...

Expedía shure not be posting fake pictures of hotels that aren’t true definitely do not recommend this Oyo hotel if I could post some pics that I took you will know what I’m talking about bed with duty sheet I reserved a non smoking room and was so strong the smell roaches all over the room no blankets only one bed sheet I ask for extra pillow guy said didn’t hove first of all we arrived and lobby where locked we have to wait till some one showed up like 30 minutes definitely do not go there! I will never come back to that location!

There was dirt on the floors and it seemed the room was never cleaned. I didn’t expect high quality with OYO but this was ridiculous. Area is unsafe. Just save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

The manager gave away both my rooms. And when I called to ask why he hung up on me and wouldn’t talk to Me. We went by the hotel and he locked the doors and said they were sold out. This place it run wrong. Do not recommend.

Insane they are even allowed to operate.

Roaches.. holes in the walls.. no blankets in either rooms and when you ask they do not have anything but flat sheets. No fitted. Cigarette buts everywhere. No rags.. 1 towel.. and no lamps for light except one taped to the wall.

I got into the room and turned on the lights the list was a mile long of things wrong. There were roaches everywhere, it looks like someone partied in the room and nobody cleaned it and handed it right over to me. There were cigarette butts in the bed side table drawer, none of the doors closed including the one that got you into the room, there was an empty bottle of crown royal in the freezer, there was 2 empty small baggies that clearly had drugs in it. The bed was stained, holes in the walls, stains all over the walls paint, bed bugs, the water didn’t work, they had no covers on the beds, the toilet had no lid to the tank. This was hands down the most vile, disgusting and disturbing place I have ever been to in all my years of traveling. I left immediately and slept in my truck. I will never in my life go back to an OYO Hotel!!!

Toilet didn’t work in first room and had trash outside the door which had to be walked around to get into the room. Second room was not a king I require a king I’m 6’7” and the last room had cigarette butts and ashes and clothes on the bed and the toilet had feces in it didn’t flush and siringes needles

The first room was dirty, smelled bad, and only had 1 towel in it. I didn't think much of it but we asked to switch to a different room because of the smell. The new room was absolutely filthy. It also smelled bad. I took my finger and moved it across the top of the dresser and it was covered in dirt. There was a message written on the mirror that no one had even tried to clean off. The shelf was broken and hanging off of the wall. We immediately canceled the reservation and received a refund, then went to another hotel. Do not stay here.
