"Great accommodation with friendly staff"

"The room was a great size and a comfy bed, the location was great for access to the town and the Pompeii Site. The venue had made us aware that there was no lift so we were able to split out a separate bag for the 1 night we stayed so it was fine (but if I had to carry our main suitcases up to the room that might have a different matter). Checkin/out was remote so no interaction with staff other than online, but communication via WhatsApp was helpful"

"This property is literally 10 minute walk to the airport terminal. The streets are well lit. The only area without a sidewalk is when you exit the hotel but is has strong lighting and is only about half a block before you get to the main sidewalk. We crossed the busy, even at 4 in the morning, street in front of the Pizzeria. So no issues. The pizzeria pizza is excellent. The owners are nice but did not respond to my Expedia notice of our arrival. Fortunately a guest exited the building...

"The towels and bedsheet were stained. The toilet was not clean. The shower beads are dirty within the shower head. The shower floor was also dirty. The shower head itself was also dirty and the water pressure felt uncomfortable hitting your skin due to the shower head. The soap had random black stuff in it every couple pumps and it seemed super water down."
