"Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. "This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.
The property is located in the heart of Little Afghanistan. The area was full of trash, and I felt unsafe standing outside entering the door code and waiting for the door to unlock. I genuinely thought I might get robbed.
I wanted to cancel my reservation immediately after arriving, but the property managers refused to let me cancel.
Things only got worse after check-in. I found a mouse in my room, which was completely unacceptable.
