"Hotel 5 bintang yg baik. Kolam renang yg besar dan sesuai utk keluarga atau pasangan. Cuma club lounge hotel ini tidak memuaskan & tidak dilokasi yg baik dan perlu dipertingkatkan seiring dgn hotel & rangkaian pengurusan hotel yg bertaraf antarabangsa. Akan melawat hotel ini di masa akan datang."

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. The works took place from 8am onwards, it didn't effect us. Its great to see the money being invested. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a wonderful sea view. "Perfect stay in Mt Kinabalu. The house we stayed is cosy and very convenient for visiting the Mt Kinabalu Park as it’s situated inside the park. There is heater in the house which makes is super great in the rainy cold days in the mountain. Facilities are great. There is movie channel for visitors to enjoy !"
