"The hotel is a rather overpriced. The lady at the reception was not very friendly and was a bit rude when I asked for an invoice. Also she asked us to pay the city tax on 18€ only in cash which I find very bizarre."

Unprofessional and misleading
"Impossible to find , was dropped off near by because the taxi couldn’t find our apartment had to get another taxi and he couldn’t it , the address that was given to by you was not the same as the name above the apartment and that’s why nobody could find it so frustrating and costing us over 100 euro ..."
