hotel is off the main tourist attraction and beach

hotel is off the main tourist attraction and beach. is good for watch others or trying yourself for windsurfing. but if you were a beach goer or food fanatics like i am, then is probably choose the one other side of the island. this site has very good view if you intend take pictures. Not convenient for restaurant and transportation which is essential for people not familiar with the area. they had road closure while i was there, made it worse. The rain created flood zone which water is very dirty. simply put, choose other side for this time.

Location is not bad but always need transport to get to the station even though it was 15 mins walking distance. especially it's very dark at the night time when coming back from station so 150 peso always have spent for tricycle. Location and room are not bad, better if you like quite place with your partner. It's not hotel so don't expect services. Overall I'll say 8 our of 10 I'm satisfied with my staying.

relaxing with a view

Spent a fabulous week here. The view is second to none. The staff is incredibly friendly. If you want to relax in boracay stay here. Here is how my average day went. Wake up and walk out my room. Lady asks, "Breakfast sir". As you eat a delightful breakfast with a life changing view, your room is cleaned. After breakfast, enjoy the view and the sundeck. Enjoy an midmorning nap. Eat lunch. Relax. Relax some more. Some days I didn't see any other guests because there are only six rooms. It's an incredible place really. The nice lady in charge even arranged me a private car to iloilo so I didn't have to take the bus! Thanks for everything! Hope to be back soon!

You can not ask for a better staff!!!

Staff was great!!! This part of the island is quite. About a 10 minute ride from all the tourist. My room was the horizon. It was kept clean by the staff every day. However, the only door was a sliding glass door. It was very hard to lock. The internet was very bad. The staff made the difference. They will accommodate anything you need and they look forward to helping you!!

A beautiful place to spend your time in Boracay

I totally loved this place. 100% recommendation. I booked it because I wanted a place with a kitchen because we like to cook for ourselves. The whole facility is designed with style and personality. The room had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, roomy bathroom. The staff was great, room was cleaned perfectly every morning. Maricel, the manager, welcomed us with great warmth and gave us great advice on where to shop, swim, do scuba etc. The lovely, clean pool is right outside your door and we swam early in the morning or late at night. Or you can lie on the patio and enjoy the lovely view. It is an easy 1km walk to White Beach where we went every evening to enjoy the music, fire dancers and beverages. But when you come back at night, you have complete peace and quiet. The owner has the place up for sale for US$1.5 million, and if I had it, I would buy it.

Friendly and accommodating staff

The staff is very polite, hospitable and friendly. I specially thank Maricel who did a wonderful job with making our stay comfortable and convenient. The type of customer service that she provided us was beyond the level of excellence that we have seen on other places where we have stayed.

Good for relaxation, difficult to find

The hotel is good. Excellent view but after the whole experience i would not consider to stay again in this hotel. It is located in the dirties beaches of the island, even the breeze of the sea could be not pleasant. It is very difficult to find and far from a nice beach to swim. It is a quiet place though, if you like that you could enjoy it. Hotel staff is very friendly.

What a nice place

This is at the end of the main path which makes it the best place to be. Quiet peaceful and beautiful. The management team is what makes this over the top 5 star, they go out of their way to help arrange anything. I was really pleased with overall experience.

Good value

Very nice staff who do everything they can to help you. The hotel is located halfway up a steep hill but is away from all the noise of white beach. Great view of the beach from hotel balcony and the bedrooms are a good size. The swimming pool could have been a bit cleaner.

Great views of back beach

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was great and very accommodating for all our needs and information. We spent most of the stay on front Beach, but coming back to a nice quiet place made the walk well worth it.

More spacious than expected

Ants were unavoidable, but just brush them aside and the open floor and pool makes it all worth it. Access to bolabog beach, not a far walk to d'mall and white beach. Staff was friendly and was always ready for me to come for breakfast. Definitely recommend if you want to be away from the noise of white beach while not being too far away.

뷰가 너무 좋은 호텔

호텔 너무좋아요 다만, 조식이 다른곳에 비해 비싸다는점과 언덕에 위치해 있어서 나갔다 들어올때마다 트라이시클 가격이 다른곳에비해 두배이긴 하지만 호텔 뷰가 너무좋고 수영장도 좋고 조용해서 너무 맘에 들었습니다

Palm Breeze up on a hill

The presidential suite was large & spacious. The rooms were clean & it made for a relaxing 5 days. The staff were helpful as best as they could. The only annoying thing is that the gates are locked at 10pm & you have to open 2 separate doors & go down a steep flight of stairs to get to your room.

這有美麗的風景完善的設備親切的員工舒適的房間若您不想喧囂的環境這一定是首選房間数僅五六間員工都比房間数多所以各方面都有很好的照料時效性也高

일단 주인아주머니께서 너무 친절하셨다 하지만 디몰이랑은 거리가 좀있었고 숙소에 개미가 많았고 숙소까지 올라가려면 언덕을 올라가야하는데 그게 넘 불편했다ㅜㅠ

Great view and accommodations for a honeymoon

Fantastic staff when out of their way to assist with an early departure. Nice breakfast, fine view and pool, kabanna and decorations great, loved the bathroom, needs a radio and small knife for cutting. Small hike to the beach, convenient to the "D"MALL and many resturants. Fine night life at the ocean side beach. Planned to get engaged there.
