An absolutely amazing experience, our room was clean comfortable, had everything needed that we required for our stay. We even had our own plunge pool right out the back door. The location was perfect, many restaurants less than a minute walk from the hotels front door, a supermarket a few minutes walk on the same street, bottle shop across the road next to a ice cream stall and approx 5 minutes from the beach. All facilities at the hotel were nice including the pool, staff were so accommodating and friendly, they even organised our transport to and from the hotel. I have zero negative things to say about my time there and will definitely be staying here in the future, I look forward to it

Clean and superb place

This hotel is very pleasant, clean and accomodating. Pool is clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean and fresh. Stayed for 4 days and selection of food is different everyday. Will book it again if I go back to Boracay

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Basically, my stay there was good. Of course, some things could be improved, such as the breakfast, more choice, or offering more things for the visitors such as on the rooftop etc.. But on the whole worth a visit

The staff was very rude and had a lot of hidden charges. My wife got make up on a towel and they charged me for the towel. I’ve traveled all over the world and never been charged for a dirty towel.

First things first, the location of the hotel was perfect; close to food, d’mall, the beach, transportation, shops and specialty dining & medical clinics if need be. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was newly renovated and clean, housekeeping attended on a regular basis to ensure that our room was clean with all necessary amenities. The daily provided breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Tangerine restaurant created some fabulously tasting dishes when ordered (outside breakfast). The cons of this hotel were as follows: upon our arrival we were notified straight away that there were ongoing construction projects happening throughout the hotel. This was very apparent as the hotel was beginning to show its age, with some of its infrastructure in need of repair or updating. The noise became annoying after some time. I know this was totally beyond the staff’s control, but it still took away from the overall experience. I rated it a four star but it more accurately ought to rate as a 3.5. We would return again but not until we were assured that the renovations were completed.

바로 앞에 졸리비도 있고 옆에 왓슨스도 있어서 편해요 디몰도 가까워요 하지만 비치까지는 거리가 있습니다. 의외로 어메니티와 드라이기 등이 잘 비치되어 있지않아 요청을 해야하고 방청소 후에는 수건을 다 채워주지 않았어요 하지만 요청하면 바로 가져다 줘요. 마지막으로 수영장이 2곳이어서 좋아요
