It's definitely worth taking a guide for the quetzal trail as it would be very hard to spot them otherwise.






El Tropezón might not have many top sights, but Boquete Library and Municipal Park are two attractions nearby that you can check out.

Road coming to the property is terrible. If you have a car it may not make it. Definitely need a suv or truck. Most taxis will not come to this location. Room was nice and clean. Great mountains view. Queen bed was only a double. When asked about it they never answered me.

Excellent stay. It’s not clear from the Expedia listing but El Cielo is a small gated development of approx 14 units. The grounds are secure, well lit and beautifully landscaped. It’s around an 8 minute walk from the center of Bosquete. That’s close enough to easily walk into town but far enough ...
