"The staff are so friendly. Take advantage of the opportunity to taste the wines of this boutique winery. The fortified wines (port) are especially excellent!!

"On arrival we were presented with an AMAZING basket of goodies, Stanthorpe cloudy apple juice, milk, cereal, freshly baked croissants, freshly baked bread, marmalade from the property and honey. Whoops, almost forgot to mention the bacon and eggs!! So thoughtful and delicious. The rooms were colonial style, slightly tired, but very clean. "My booking was confirmed and the host contacted me later the next day to tell me they were overbooked. They said they had been booked for my stay for over 2 months. Property was on several sites. How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel.
