"There was no towels in my room, front seat was very helpful though. Unit was just inconvenient because I was tired and didn’t want to go back after getting to my room. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. I just feel like the place wasn’t worth why I paid for. The laundry room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either."

I had another...

"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every room in our group had issues, including clogged toilets, showers that did not drain properly, and sinks where the water would barely go down. The rooms also looked dirty and poorly maintained, and even the towels did not appear to be properly cleaned.
These are basic cleanliness and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet, regardless of its price or rating. It was unpleasant and frustrating to experience the same problems across...
