Staff was very friendly and accommodating! We actually thought they did the best they could in every situation and really enjoyed interactions with anyone on the team. The room was a great size and worked well fro our family of five with a suite. Highly recommend that part. Honestly, we've never stayed at one of these locations and would stay for the room layout/size alone. We likely will stay again even though we had some disappointments. What brought the score down was:
Carpet was pretty dirty stained.
2nd floor window opened with no screen (danger with kids)
Breakfast had an oven issue. But the team did amazing working so fast trying to accomodate and helping everyone with a smile.
We had a family member who room did not lock so that was a safety issue that we caught at the end of the night. Thankfully, the team also moved us without issue.
And lastly, we chose this location for their indoor (heated) pool. It was not working. That was a huge part of it.
I'd say the issues were cosmetic and functionality. Like I said, we would stay again but hopeful another time or location is up to date.
