"Location was fantastic, the room was clean and very well maintained. The bathroom was very spacious for the size of the room.
Bed/bedding/pillows were all comfortable and clean. We overlooked the courtyard, and the room was very quiet.
Hotel had additional security during active demonstrations, and the hotel had multiple secure checkpoints to get in and out of the hotel.
Hotel had a lift/elevator, and the staff were all great and friendly.
Check-In and Check-Out were seamless.

"I paid $450 for this extremely tiny room, while my friend got a suite with $350 right across the street. The hotel smells musty, the staff is not helpful. The platform says this is a 4 star hotel which is totally not true. Got ripped off! There are many hotels around this area with cheaper rates and better rooms."

"There are safety issues. The elevator stops at the 6 floor and you have to go up one floor in a dark curvy stairs. You had to go a step down one step from the shower stall that was higher than standard without a grab bar. The decor pretended to be artsy but was simply cheap. Simply it was ranked a four star but barely deserved a two star."

"Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet appartement. Si l’emplacement et la qualité de la literie sont appréciables, les nombreux désagréments ont fortement dégradé notre séjour.
Une forte odeur d’égout se dégageait de la salle de bain, tandis que des odeurs de friture provenant du restaurant chinois situé en dessous envahissaient le salon. Les chambres sentaient quant à elles le tabac froid.
L’isolation phonique est largement insuffisante : aux bruits incessants du métro passant sous...

"It is fine for a large group or family. However it had no AC as advertised and the two bathrooms with a tub and shower have no WC
Thankfully one unconnected bathroom had a shower and WC while another little room had nothing but a sink and toilet. Lastly the outside of the building was under construction with scaffolding. We learned none of these things until just before arriving.
Having said that, the people were nice and it is a good location but is a 2nd floor walk up with no elevator."
