Air conditioning is very great in the room! Water in shower was not really getting cold, always smooth warm. Breakfast is nice, staff helpful.
The free water bottle in the room was not changed and 3/4 empty.
Good location right at the railway station. Nice, clean and quiet room. Good comfort. Very spacious parking.
In the walking distance to the city center.
good hotel, very close and convenient to the train station. The immediate area does not offer options for dining.
The room and bathroom were good size, beds were comfortable, room was quiet despite closeness to the train station. overall a good hotel option in Bonn
I have stayed in a number of the Intercity hotels. As with the others, this hotel combines a good standard with a competitive price. The rooms are of a decent size and are well equipped. The breakfast option is good, and there is a wide variety of choices. I particularly liked the fact that the rolls and croissants were warm and freshly baked. Staff are friendly and informative. Transport links couldn't be better.

The stay has been overall ok, just the lack of friendliness from the female receptionist on arrival has been surprising. Even so the receptionist at check-out has been extremely friendly and attentive.
I expected much more for the price paid. The location is very good, as the hotel is situated only a few meters from the central station. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are spacious; however, the furniture is outdated and not particularly aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast quality is below average, and the dining room lacks a cozy or welcoming atmosphere.
This is just a personal anecdote that did not influence my review: I was actually scolded by a staff member for drinking “too much” bottled water. It was a surprising and somewhat negative experience, even though I chose to laugh it off.
The hotel is the other side of the railway from the town centre so has to be reached by tunnel under the station - the nearest one is ok but the next one was not nice and there were people begging outside the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel, however is fine - my room was large enough with fridge and good wardrobe and although my room looked down on the railway platforms I didn't hear anything when the window was closed. I would use it again.
