Beautiful Bonn

Great location. Close to the Rhine river. The room was a bit smaller than we’d like but was enough space. Breakfast was great and so were the service. The room needs more blackout curtains as the streets are quite bright. There was also some traffic noise. We needed eye masks and ear plugs.

3 Sterne nur! wegen der Lage

Die Zimmer sind nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen über drei Stockwerke. Die Tür zum Treppenhaus stand abends immer auf und wenn dann in diesem Restaurant unten eine Veranstaltung war, mit einem männlichen Sologesang (jeden Abend), war es sehr laut und es zog auch durch. Jedes Gespräch der anderen Hotelgäste hörte man im Flur und sogar vom Treppenhaus. Eines Morgens wurde ich durch ein lautes Tropfen im Bad wach und erkannte, dass durch die Lüftungsanlage massiv Wasser eindrang (weil darüber jemand duschte) auf meine persönlichen Dinge, die dort standen, auf den Boden und so weiter. Dort musste ich erst einmal überall wischen. Ich habe aussagekräftige Fotos gemacht und die Rezeptionistin des Hotels antwortete auf meine Meldung nur, ich hätte ja nicht im Wasser geschwommen. Soviel dazu...

Gutes Hotel für einfaches Reisen nach Bonn

Gutes Hotel für Low-Budget Reisende die einen ruhigen Schlafplatz in Bonn suchen und nichts für Anspruchsvolle. Frühstück extra buchen ist relativ gesehen viel zu teuer. Das Restaurant habe ich nicht ausprobiert.

とてもトラディショナルで落ち着いたホテルです。旧市街までは10分ほど歩きますが、静かで良い環境です。ホテルの隣にスペイン料理のお店があり、今回はは入れなかったのですが、とても美味しそうでした。

Mycket fint och rent hotell med trevlig personal som tog väl hand om oss tre och vår hund. Mysigt utanför på kvällen och inte långt till gågatorna med trevliga restauranger och butiker. Frukosten var mycket god med fina pålägg.

Hatte für diesen besonders heißen Tag/ extra ein klimatisiertes Hotel in Bonn gesucht. In der Beschreibung bei Expedia stand explizit, dass die Zimmer klimatisiert sind. War nun leider nicht so, es war demnach eine lange, im Schweiß gebadete, unangenehme Nacht. Nicht mal einen Ventilator aus einem der Zimmer aus dem 3. Stock wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Der hätte zumindest etwas geholfen. WLAN war spät abends auch nicht mehr brauchbar, obwohl uns keine anderen Gäste aufgefallen Wasser aus der Dusche war entweder ganz heiß oder ganz kalt, wenigstens konnte man so etwas abkühlen, aber eine bessere Temperaturregulierung wäre ebenso wünschenswert gewesen. Insgesamt leider nicht zufriedenstellend, da das Erwartete nicht geliefert wurde. Hätte doch im InterCity Hotel (klimatisiert) buchen sollen.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is only a 1 minute walk to the #61 which takes you to the center square.
