"This hotel was perfectly located. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and a lovely, comfortable balcony to relax on. The room itself is huge and beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Everyone greeted you and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The restaurant served delicious food. The bar was lively at night but not crazy. Definitely recommend!!"

"This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the water. The only thing that could have been better was the service. It really takes some effort to get food and drinks which is pretty disappointing when you’re trying to relax. I also found it odd that even with a card on file with the resort for charges, they made me close out every single time I ordered an item. It was a bit exhausting and annoying. We ended up spending far more time at other places where they had good service which worked out. "

"I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room itself was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. From the moment we checked in, it was clear the property is not being kept to any reasonable standard. Fixtures were worn, the space felt neglected, and overall it did not reflect what you would expect from an all inclusive property. The situation with reservations made things significantly worse. We contacted the hotel immediately after realizing that one guest would not be able to arrive and therefore would not be using any of the all inclusive benefits. Despite reaching out right away, the reservations team was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to adjust the total or offer even a partial refund for five days of unused services. This level of inflexibility is unacceptable, especially when every other 4 to 5 star all inclusive hotel we have stayed at has been able to handle similar situations with basic customer care and professionalism. The property overall felt very poorly managed. There was ongoing construction without proper safety measures in place, creating both constant disturbance and real safety concerns. On top of that, we experienced a serious issue where there was a sharp piece of glass in a salad, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. Between the outdated conditions, unprofessional management, lack of customer support from reservations, and safety issues, this stay was poor. "

"Great location with a kind and efficient staff. There is a variety of food and drink options once the restaurant opens. The specials are always worth trying. For breakfast, the baskets that you take back to your room are convenient for those that wake early. You can also go to a local store and stock up depending on the length of your stay. "

"Our room was not clean upon arrival and not cleaned well during the week. There were ants everywhere and spider webs under cabinet and gum Stuck on cabinet between beds. Also, the bathroom faucet needs repairing. It moves. Room 304"
