"Our stay was pretty good. Staff were great and view was amazing. We stayed in an apartment which didn’t have utensils or cleaning pods for and washing machine. Water on frig did not work. No hand towels. No bottled water or any drinks in room. Food was great and the view during meals was amazing on the water. No night life at all. No music being played at pool during the day. The bar tenders were very slow but it was not bad. Construction still being done so walkways and noise of workers during the day. There was a pizza place on property which looked great but you had to pay for food and drinks. I would think if you were giving up the buffet dinner you should not be charging for the pizza and drinks. The atmosphere was amazing at night however nothing to do after. Very low key resort if you just like to relax and read a book by the pool. "

"All in all a nice place to stay. However, I could not give it a full 5 star review because of a couple of things. The poolside bar/restaurant was higher in price than most of the lovely restaurants in town. The wait staff would not top up my water & ginger tea (4$US) with some hot water. Just some hot water, no more ginger, just water.... But, I could've had a glass of water. Very dissapointing."

"We couldn't see the beach from our room, but that was okay, we spent most of our time out snorkeling. One thing is a must have converter plugs, your 110 won't work. If you like to use wash clothes when you shower bring your own, they are not supplied. They do have small coolers and a shopping bag for you to use. It is a very nice resort, would highly recommend it. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the property."

"This hotel was perfectly located. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and a lovely, comfortable balcony to relax on. The room itself is huge and beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Everyone greeted you and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The restaurant served delicious food. The bar was lively at night but not crazy. Definitely recommend!!"

"Our room was not clean upon arrival and not cleaned well during the week. There were ants everywhere and spider webs under cabinet and gum Stuck on cabinet between beds. Also, the bathroom faucet needs repairing. It moves. Room 304"
