"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Staff was a bit cold at first, though professional. Breakfast was elaborate but ran out of eggs during prime time & took about 10min to replenish instead of anticipating. Breakfast staff was lovely & very accommodating! Espresso drinks were included and there was a pretty good selection overall. The room was very small, though not the smallest in Milan! Everything was clean & worked. Elevator was very small and the guy took possession of our bags in the elevator without us upon arrival which is not a good thing to do before we even checked in. Elevator is hidden around the corner so it was uncomfortable to be separated from our valuables & passport immediately trusting someone we had never seen before. Otherwise, a good hotel with good breakfast and walkable to many places!"

"The hotel is located very close to the Milan Central Rail Station and is an easy walk from the trains. The neighborhood is deserted at night and there is only one restaurant across the street, but the area is safe and quiet. There are 2 metro stops close by as well. The hotel is very clean. The rooms need some updating, but are nice. Great air conditioning. The hotel staff is excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast is very good. I would stay here again."

"I’ve been to the Malpensa Moxi and liked it before. I loved the setting of the lobby, bar and restaurants here room design could be improved since they are not very spacious. Maybe a smaller armchair would help. The only thing I didn’t like is that, despite being clean, the bathroom smelled even with the toilet lid closed. Maybe a sewage problem?"

"The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with good access to public transportation and local attractions. We also appreciated having an elevator, which made moving luggage much easier. Unfortunately, we had a serious safety issue during our stay. On our first night, our daughter cut both of her feet on the exposed drain cover area in the shower, which appeared loose and unsafe. We immediately contacted reception for assistance, but there were no basic first-aid supplies available, and no meaningful support was offered. What concerned us most was that we had to remain in the same room for the rest of our stay despite the risk of another accident. We feel this hazard should have been addressed promptly, especially considering it involved a child and resulted in injuries. While the property itself was clean and conveniently located, the handling of this situation was disappointing and left us feeling that guest safety was not taken as seriously as it should have been."
