We had a wonderful stay at Grand Central Room. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is fantastic—just outside the city center and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The check-in procedure is very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout our stay. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to enter, park our car, and leave our suitcases in the room, which made our arrival much more convenient. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

Great stay, easy experience if you’re just coming and going Staff not always present but extremely useful over WhatsApp, offering recommendations and help with the room Very clean, a bit basic but everything you need

Two issues with this property for me. Getting into and out of the property requires WiFi connection which was not good at the gate. Also onsite parking a mess. It takes just one thoughtless driver to screw it up. Room clean and comfortable and easy walk into historic center

The hotel is very close to Plaza San Marcos. It is very convenir to walk around. There are many stores and restaurants. The room was very cleaning and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable.

Clean place on the edge of town. No issues with ZTL but check in is a pain in the neck. 24 emails and 30 WhatsApp’s it took to get it done.

The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door by the staircase. So we asked for another room only to be told that this room is the quietest. As expected we were woken up on all 3 nights in the early hours by guests coming back. We also found having to open 3 doors via the link slow & a little scary. My husband & I had to juggle between the 2 of us as we both had data but the reception wasn't always consistent.

The check-in process is unnecessarily long and frustrating. Guests are required to complete a form on a website, and in my case the language-switching feature was not working properly, making the process even more difficult. I requested well in advance to remain in the same room for my two consecutive reservations, and I was initially told that it would be possible. However, the day before my arrival, I was informed that it could not be accommodated. It felt as though my request had either not been reviewed or had simply been forgotten. The shower is extremely small, making it quite uncomfortable to use. Another inconvenience is that you must always have internet access in order to enter both the property and your room.

Tutto ok tranne il ventilatore

Un hotel ricavato da una palazzina di appartamenti , molto comode le stanze collegate per alloggiare 2 adulti e 3 bambini . Unico neo , il ventilatore in bagno che si accende all accensione della luce che svolto la mattina sveglia tutti. Anche le pareti non erano molto insonorizzate che facevano sentire quelli della stanza vicino

Poor quality, old and dirty

Hotel is actually a group of rooms in a residential building. We had a room on the lower floor which was very old, barely cleaned and with minimal comfort. The walls were full of muld, many things were broken. Very expensive for the value. Area is okay and has a big TV Only stay if you need a place to crash for a couple of hours

Bad check in , clean but boring room

I booked same day to arrive late. Did let realise if u arrive after 6.30pm there is a conplication. I arrived 10pm and they didn’t send me info to check in and didn’t answer the phone for 25 mins or so. Eventually they did and access was via lots of links, WhatsApp messages. I missed the personal touch of people working in hotels

Very challenging with ‘no front desk’. Apparently there is someone on the property that just mysteriously appears. Many codes are required and none were provided at check in. It is not clear how to re enter the property after initial check in. And no way to get help with calling a cab at check out.

Disappointing Stay

Had to chase for key code to get into property as not sent. Second day had to chase for key code to main door as it had changed from first day without notifying us. No soap dispensers at sink or shower, only given a few soap sachets. Towels of poor quality that were not changed during 2 night stay. Plastic disposable cups not suitable for making a hot drink as melted. Beds were OK.
