"We did not have AC. We were told they are not allowed to turn the AC on in Balogna until May. The room was very hot . The room was very nice. It looked newly remodeled very nicely. The breakfast was pretty nice. Alot of road construction for transit going on. Overall I would say it is pretty nice. Im assuming when they are allowed to turn on the AC it will be alot cooler in the room "

"The staff were talking to each other in Italian right in front of me while serving, and it felt very uncomfortable. It really seemed like they were talking about me, not just a misunderstanding. As a customer, I found their behaviour unpleasant. The office and the hotel are in different locations. I had to walk about 10 minutes to the office carrying heavy luggage, and it felt like an hour. "It’s exactly what I needed a few blocks from the station at my budget price. Everything was recently renovated brand, new clean and functioning and the location to walk. The entire city in a day was perfect and there’s luggage storage on the next block after you check out because this is not a full service hotel. There’s no front desk but everything was perfect."

"Llegamos muy noche y el check in fue muy rápido y el personal muy amable, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, habitación limpia y de buen tamaño con clóset grande y banca para maletas, refrigerador con agua que se agradece, el baño excelente . Un poco de ruido por la carretera pero no interfiere en el sueño, por la noche se escuchó muy cerca una persona gritando en su teléfono, me despertó. El desayuno muy rico y muy completo. Me volvería a hospedar aquí sin dudarlo."
